Thank you for returning your offer letter via email. We are so excited to have to become of the Westview Early Learning Academy Team. A part of the onboarding process includes filing for the state requested backgrounds & Heath checks and completing in-service training. Please complete the following steps

Step 1

Within 24 hours, schedule an FBI clearance appointment @ https://www.identogo.com/
Use code 1KG78K
Email a copy of your appoint to WELA.
Follow the instructions on the Identogo website for having your fingerprints taken

Step 4

Submit verification via the National Sex offender Registry at https://www.dhs.pa.gov/KeepKidsSafe/Clearances/Pages/National-Sex-Offender-Registry.aspx
Email a copy to WELA

Step 2

Complete PA Criminal History clearance https://epatch.state.pa.us/Home.jsp.
Email a copy to WELA

Step 5

Complete Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse training at https://www.reportabusepa.pitt.edu/
Email a copy of completed certificate to WELA

Step 3

Apply for PA Child Abuse History Clearance online https://www.compass.state.pa.us/cwis/public/home
Email a copy to WELA

Step 6

Have a Health Assessment completed by a physician
Email a copy to WELA
